How to Place an Order

Thank you for considering ordering your cake through Joyce Gourmet. To place an order, please feel free to contact me through my email address: joyce.gourmet@gmail.com.  Please review the following guidelines.

• 2 weeks advance notice is requested on all cake orders.  However, I will try my best to fulfill last minute orders, at least 7 days in advance.
• Orders under $200 require 50% deposit at time of ordering, balance due at delivery.
• Orders over $200 require 50% deposit when ordering and the remaining balance due seven (7) days prior to delivery date.
• Payments accepted through Zelle, Credit Card (4% fee), Money order, Traveler's checks, or Cash in person.
• You may pick up or select delivery.  Delivery fee: starts at $15 for delivery within 2 mile radius.  Each additional mile round trip is $1 per 1/2 mile (includes gas & time). Please inquire with your specific address.
• *Rush fee: orders placed within 7 days will be charged a rush fee of $25. Ingredients are purchased fresh after orders are placed and I will need to rush to the grocery store and cake supply stores to collect the ingredients and supplies/cake boards/boxes necessary to bake and design your specific order.
